Job summary

Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading the store team and delivering T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will guide Mobile Associates, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive performance through coaching, training, and ongoing product knowledge. Join a growing team with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure all customer needs are met and that employees build confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers to be used in development and coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay up to date on products, services, training, and leadership practices; ensure associates meet monthly success measurements.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards; manage displays and visual devices.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems, communications, and KPIs; manage discounts and credits.
