Job summary

Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in the United States, seeks an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and develop the team toward outstanding customer experiences and sales success.

You will lead and coach Mobile Associates, stay current on products and promotions, and drive store performance while upholding Luna Wireless values and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers

Responsibilities

• Infuse store's Mobile Assistant with passion for T-Mobile's manifesto and train them to LovinguOurCustomers
• Ensure customer needs are met and that experiences are comfortable and simple
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates to inform development and coaching conversations
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions
• Lead by example with latest products, services, and leadership best practices
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications; drive financial results and control expenses
