Job summary

Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing the team and delivering T-Mobile’s customer heart goals. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail customer service or sales experience, flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers

Responsibilities

• Infuse each store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for the company manifesto and train them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that interactions build confidence and a simple, complete solution.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions to support development and coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products and leadership best practices to be a resource for the team.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards and store procedures.
• Ensure teams know store systems, communications, and financial targets; monitor expenses and discounting.
