Luna Wireless, a leading T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit sales goals. You will mentor Mobile Associates, stay current on products and promotions, manage wait times, and uphold store standards while delivering a positive, fast-paced shopping environment.

This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a passion for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every Mobile Assistant with passion for Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and provide a simple, confident experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions to support coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; use visual displays effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications; influence financial results.
