Job summary

Luna Wireless is a leading T-Mobile Authorized Retailer known for a dynamic, fast-paced sales culture. We seek a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive Mobile Associate success.

Candidates should bring 1 year of customer service or sales experience, and be prepared for a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales; retail experience preferred.
• Must be available for varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor team to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver customer-focused service in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Ensure customer needs are met, creating a comfortable, simple shopping experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback through observations of Mobile Associates.
• Keep up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to drive sales.
• Lead by example with knowledge of store systems, displays, and corporate communications.
