Luna Wireless is seeking a results-driven Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing the team and achieving T-Mobile’s goals. You will lead store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage sales performance across daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals.
• Ensure customer needs are met and build confidence by making experiences comfortable and simple.
• Provide coaching from observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions and store systems to drive sales.
