Luna Wireless is a growing, authorized T-Mobile retailer seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to develop the store team and deliver T-Mobile’s customer-centric goals.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll orient and coach Mobile Associates, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive product knowledge, promotions, and store standards while mentoring others to achieve monthly targets.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience, retail setting preferred.
• Available for a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver results.
• Outstanding communicator with teammates and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Infuse passion for customer service by orienting Mobile Assistants to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure that customer needs are met and that customers feel confident by making their experience comfortable and solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers to support development, training and coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices; ensure monthly targets and timely training completion.
• Maintain the store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; utilize displays and devices effectively and keep them current.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications; help manage financial results and discounting.
