Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer to support SMB sales with technical expertise, designing wireless solutions and aiding in customer opportunities across the Philadelphia and Baltimore markets.

You will analyze network coverage, advise on in-building coverage requests, and maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices and technologies to inform sales strategies. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience that may include advanced degree with 1 year related work experience.
• Previous B2B direct sales experience in a technology or telecom context.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 4-7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with a track record in solution sales.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis to optimize customer solutions.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility and support sales efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
