Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support SMB sales in the Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD markets. You will provide technical design guidance, perform wireless coverage analyses, and collaborate with sales teams to tailor solutions for customers.

Role requires B2B sales experience and strong knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies. Occasional travel within the PA/MD corridor is expected, with in-person collaboration about two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in related field, or advanced degree with 1+ year, or equivalent.
• Previous B2B direct sales experience required.
• Experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams with in-market solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize solutions.
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies to support sales efforts.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
