Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Solutions Engineer to partner with the SMB Sales team and drive pre-sales opportunities. You will design solutions, present product roadmaps, and support the sales cycle with technical expertise.

The role emphasizes maintaining knowledge of wireless technologies, devices, and Value-Added Solutions, with opportunities to engage in post-sale support and CTO-level market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pre-Sales activities consulting on customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Aligns to support 2+ SMB sales teams in-market.
• Participates in customer meetings, primarily face to face.
• Facilitates coverage analysis and reviews with customers.
• Discusses and assists with In-Building coverage requests.
• Uncovers opportunities and recommends solutions.
• Designs and Architects services and solutions.
• Presents product roadmaps and network build plans.
• Delivers technical presentations and RFP input.
• Provides training and mentoring to Associate SEs.
