Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the SMB sales teams by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs. The role includes consulting on opportunities, analyzing coverage, and assisting with in-building requests to tailor solutions and drive business growth.

Remote position supporting the Phoenix, Arizona market with travel to cover Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, and El Paso.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years related experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience (Required)
• Previous B2B direct sales experience (Required)
• Experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams with technical consultation and solution guidance
• Perform wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions for sales enablement
• Collaborate with sales teams and participate in customer meetings and site visits as needed
• Travel within assigned territory for sales opportunities and customer engagements
