Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support business sales by providing technical expertise in designing and presenting wireless solutions for SMB customers in the Philadelphia and Baltimore markets.

The role involves consulting with customers, analyzing wireless coverage, and guiding in-building requests. The position requires in-person collaboration about two days per week with sales teams, and periodic travel within PA/MD. Fort Washington, PA is a corporate office option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination (Required)
• Previous B2B direct sales experience (Required)
• Experience supporting Small Medium Business Accounts (Preferred)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a track record of solution sales (Preferred)
• Travel – Legally authorized to work in the United States ( implied)

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
