Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. invites applications for a Solutions Engineer in the SMB space.

The role supports business sales by delivering technical expertise to design wireless solutions, analyze coverage, and consult with customers to meet their needs in the SMB market. The position covers the Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD markets, with in-person collaboration about two days per week at satellite or designated locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years related work experience (or advanced degree with 1 year)
Previous B2B direct sales experience required
Experience supporting SMB accounts preferred
Education areas include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields
4–7 years in telecom/IT or network engineering with solution sales
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Other duties as assigned by management as needed
