Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Solutions Engineer to design and present wireless solutions for SMB customers in the Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. You will consult with clients, analyze coverage, and guide in-building requests to tailor deployments that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

The role involves two days per week in-person collaboration with sales teams, travel across PA and MD, and ongoing technical leadership in devices and network technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years related experience OR advanced degree with 1 year related experience
• Previous B2B direct sales experience required
• Preferred study areas: CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• 4–7 years in telecom/IT or network engineering with solution sales experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting SMB accounts (preferred)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize solutions
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies to support sales efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
