Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Wireless) to partner with SMB Sales, selling Business products and services by applying strong technical knowledge and industry insight. You will engage in pre-sales activities, consult on opportunities, and design solutions using T-Mobile or partner offerings.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred.
4–7 years of telecommunications, IT, or network engineering experience in solution sales.
Experience supporting Small and Medium Business accounts.
Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Aligns to support 2 or more SMB sales teams in-market.
Participate in customer meetings, primarily face to face.
Facilitate coverage analysis and review with customers.
Discuss and assist with processing In-Building coverage requests.
Uncover opportunities and recommend solutions.
Design and architect services and solutions.
Close technical hurdles.
Prepare and present technical customer presentations.
