You will help sales teams address inquiries, demonstrate ROI, and contribute to customer satisfaction, driving business growth through tailored wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB/ENT/GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1-9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance, including ROI presentations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
