Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience
• 4–7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with a track record in solution sales
• Experience supporting Small Medium Business accounts
• Acceptable areas of study: Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in‑market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
