Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technically skilled sales support role base in the United States. You will design and present wireless solutions, consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions, with experience supporting sales teams across SMB, enterprise, or government segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and engagement.
• Participate in multiple meetings daily providing technical consultation on features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
