T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Solutions Consultant to support business sales by designing wireless solutions and presenting them to customers.

This role requires consulting on opportunities, analyzing coverage, and leveraging knowledge of devices, networks, and value-added services to inform sales strategy. You will participate in customer meetings, assist with in-building coverage requests, and stay current on wireless technologies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of successful solution sales and relationships (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
