Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring to support business sales with technical expertise in wireless solutions. You will design and present wireless offerings, consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and respond to in-building requests to meet customer needs.

Role requires 3+ years in telecommunications or engineering with a sales track record, and willingness to travel up to half the time. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are highlighted in Total Rewards programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
