T-Mobile is seeking a tech-savvy professional to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with requests while maintaining expert knowledge of devices, networks, and value-added offerings to inform sales strategies.

You will travel 25-50% and collaborate with sales teams to address inquiries and drive customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus experience as stated in the qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support SMB/ENT/GOV sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
