T-Mobile USA is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers in partner store locations, promote wireless solutions, and deliver high-quality service. You will use digital tools and consultative selling to understand needs and onboard customers effectively.

You will participate in ongoing training, build strong customer relationships, and support store leadership with account setup and device servicing. This role offers competitive pay and broad benefits through Total Rewards.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED is required.
T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (preferred).
6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail (preferred).

Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting to drive sales.

Complete ongoing training and stay updated on products and processes.
