You will participate in ongoing training, maintain product knowledge, and build loyalty through personalized interactions. This role supports sales targets and customer satisfaction across retail environments.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• 30 days of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Engage proactively with diverse customers in a high-traffic retail environment to drive sales and promote wireless solutions.
• Utilize digital self-service tools and solution-based selling to onboard customers effectively.
• Complete ongoing training and stay updated on products, processes and systems.
• Build rapport and trust with customers through personalized interactions and follow-up to enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support customer accounts, device support, and servicing.
• Perform operational tasks including kiosk security and opening/closing procedures.
