T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, assist customers, and recommend technology and service plans in a fast-paced store environment. You will build product knowledge and demonstrate features using digital tools to guide customers through their shopping journey with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to explain network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Take on other duties/projects as assigned by management.
