Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and promote wireless solutions in a high-traffic retail setting.
Use digital tools and solution-based selling to onboard customers.
Complete training and stay updated on products, processes, and systems.
Build rapport with customers and follow up to enhance loyalty.
Collaborate with store leadership on customer accounts, device support, and service.
Handle kiosk security and opening/closing procedures; report lost assets.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
