Responsibilities

• Drive sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the performance of team members.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic action plans to support KPIs.
• Achieve set OSL targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate weekly team schedules to ensure sufficient staffing across all stores.
• Train teams on operational guidelines, carriers, and product knowledge.
• On-board/off-board all employees.
• Participate in required training and professional development.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and work with your team to succeed.
