You will optimize operations, manage inventory, train staff, and implement sales strategies to exceed targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a retail sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Proven ability to train staff and optimize store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department and ensure service quality.
• Supervise and train sales associates, schedule, and evaluate performance.
• Drive sales targets through coaching and effective strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the team informed.
• Monitor inventory and display products per company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promos, and ops changes.
• Forecast sales, analyze data, and adjust tactics to trends.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure policy compliance and budget management.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area for a welcoming environment.
• Report performance to upper management and flag issues.
