Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our national T-Mobile retail team. You will learn customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience, helping customers pick up where they left off and exploring needs with hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.

You will engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions from devices to services, building relationships across channels. Training leads to promotion to Mobile Expert after completing the program in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and service plans.
Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
Build relationships across channels and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
