Arch Telecoms is looking for Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life in-store. Learn customer service while building expertise and expanding product knowledge through hands-on demonstrations and personalized solutions.

This entry-level role trains you to become a Mobile Expert after successful training, with opportunities for growth, advancement, and competitive incentives.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by resuming their shopping journey online, with Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Show patience, honesty, and empathy in service and sales interactions.
• Develop proficiency with digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships across channels and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Identify small business leads and hand off as appropriate.
