Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking enthusiastic Mobile Associates to join our retail team. In this learning role you will help customers explore devices and plans, demonstrate features, and guide them through purchases in-store.

You’ll build relationships and learn brand standards to deliver a best-in-class experience. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations.
• Process transactions and handle inquiries.
• Learn and apply in-store training and processes.
• Build relationships and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
