Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in our stores. You will join a Retail Team, learn brand standards, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building loyalty with our customers.

You will gain proficiency in demonstrating devices and services, exploring customer needs, and guiding purchases with confident, friendly service. Training leads toward promotion to Mobile Expert after completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and devices.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
