Arch Telecom is recruiting Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. You will learn customer service skills and contribute to an engaging in-store experience while helping customers find device and plan solutions.

This learning role focuses on building brand knowledge with an opportunity to advance to Mobile Expert after training completion. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand long periods, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
