Job summary

Arch Telecom, a national T-Mobile retailer with 200+ stores, is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will learn customer service skills, help customers, and build meaningful connections in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a learning role, you will work with your team to develop product knowledge, demonstrate devices and services, and prepare for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
