Arch Telecoms is hiring a Mobile Associate at our HATFIELD, PA location near Forty Foot Rd to join a dynamic T-Mobile retail team. You will welcome customers, demonstrate devices and services, and guide shoppers through the purchasing journey with helpful, friendly advice.

Training is provided to develop expertise and promote from within. You’ll work with a team to learn our brand, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience.
