Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking energetic retail associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-store, providing hands-on demonstrations and guiding customers through purchases. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and growth toward advancing to Mobile Expert after training completion.

You will work with teammates to understand customer needs, teach features and benefits, and maintain a positive, energetic store environment while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product demonstrations and service explanations.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Perform hands-on demonstrations of devices and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve issues and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
