Job summary

Arch Telecoms is a national Wireless Preferred Retailer with 200+ stores, looking for Mobile Associates to join our retail team and bring the brand to life. You’ll learn customer service, demonstrate latest technology, and help customers reach the right device and plan through hands-on in-store experiences.

This learning role leads to a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion, with ongoing coaching, incentives, and opportunities across channels.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while concurrently providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
• Guide customers through purchasing experiences with thoughtful questions and informative answers
• Develop relationships with and partner across channels to own the customer experience
