You will help customers complete their shopping journeys, perform in‑store demonstrations, and build lasting relationships while pursuing achievable sales goals. Flexible part‑time or full‑time hours, with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and services.
• Upsell accessories and IoT devices to meet customer needs and enhance connectivity.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and product expertise.
