Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our fast-paced retail team. You will learn our brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and demonstrate the latest wireless technology in-store and online. This entry-level role offers skill-building through training and a path to Mobile Expert after completion.

You will develop product knowledge, engage customers with demonstrations, and collaboratively meet sales goals while maintaining a friendly, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years old
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online, delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads where applicable.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to ensure smooth customer journeys.
