Arch Telecom is hiring Wireless Retail Associates to act as brand ambassadors, helping customers in-store and online while learning to recommend devices, plans, and accessories. You will engage customers, perform live demonstrations, and collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

This entry-level role emphasizes learning, customer care excellence, and potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise.
• Build relationships with customers and partners across channels to resolve issues and identify business leads.
