Job summary

Arch Telecoms is a national wireless retailer seeking Retail Team Members to provide best-in-class customer service and hands-on product demonstrations in-store. You will build relationships, uncover customer needs, and guide purchases from devices to services and accessories in a fast-paced environment.

This learning role offers progression to a Mobile Expert upon training completion, with opportunities for advancement, team collaboration, and a culture of care and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate products and services in-store.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
• Guide customers through purchasing, including accessories and IoT devices.
