Arch Telecom is seeking motivated Retail Team Members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will learn to help customers continue their shopping journey, perform hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, and recommend personalized solutions that go beyond devices and plans.

As a learning role, you will train with peers and leaders to build expertise and progress toward a Mobile Expert role after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work full or part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on explanations.
• Side-by-side selling to craft personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
