Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to join our in-store team. You will help customers find the right devices and services, demonstrate features, and drive sales while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

This learning role leads to promotion as a Mobile Expert after training completion. Expect to grow customer relationships through attentive service, hands-on product demos, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build meaningful connections with customers.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and demos in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through their purchasing journey and answer questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout and follow-up.
