Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to provide top-tier in-store customer service and hands-on demonstrations of wireless technology. You will help customers complete their shopping journey, tailor device/service recommendations, and guide them through purchases with empathy and knowledge.

The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, identifying leads, and collaborating with peers to achieve sales goals while training for future advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in-store shopping.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
