Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our retail team. You will learn customer service skills while guiding customers through their shopping journey, both in-store and online, with a focus on building loyalty through demonstrations and personalized solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in devices and plans, helping customers choose accessories and IoT devices, and you will be trained for promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services in-store.
