Arch Telecoms is hiring for a Mobile Associates position in a fast-paced retail team. You will learn and demonstrate the latest devices, assist customers in-store, and build relationships through hands-on product demonstrations and personalized service.

The role emphasizes customer experience, team collaboration, and ongoing skill development with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
