Verizon Wireless Zone is seeking a Sales Representative / Account Specialist to manage client relationships and grow accounts. You will nurture customer connections, present products, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in sales or management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.
