Job summary

Verizon Wireless Zone in Summersville, WV is seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Account Specialist to manage client relationships, drive growth, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will identify upsell opportunities, present quotes and new products, collaborate with teams to ensure service excellence, and track KPIs to grow accounts. Prior account management or sales experience and strong communication are required; CRM and MS Office familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in sales or management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.
