Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Lehigh Acres, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a busy T-Mobile Premium Retail store. You will drive revenue, manage staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain store standards while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will coach your team, manage inventories, and represent the brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time role, minimum 45 hours per week.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers and answering phones.
• Oversees store operations, staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Leads by example, exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits, paperwork, and security.
