Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Lehigh Acres, FL seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staff, drive revenue, and ensure compliance with company policies while modeling energetic leadership and strong interpersonal skills. Prior wireless retail experience and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail (T-Mobile or similar).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Reliable transportation, able to stand long hours.
• Move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers.
• Manage store operations, staffing, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue through new accounts and existing customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure audits, security, and cash handling compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and oversee activations and bill payments.
