Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Baxter, MN is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a busy T-Mobile Premium Retailer store. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, drive revenue, and develop a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staffing, performance, training, and day-to-day store operations while delivering world-class service and maintaining store standards. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to daily management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail (T-Mobile preferred).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service and drives store performance.
• Oversees staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Leads by example and exceeds sales goals and metrics.
• Manages hiring, development, and coaching of the team.
• Ensures store complies with audits and security procedures.
• Manages cash, card and other payment media handling.
• Maintains store appearance and adheres to standards.
